The Mortgage Banking Customer Experience program will identify what is important to mortgage and home equity borrowers in order to build loyal and profitable relationships. This is an online research tracking program that allows every borrower the opportunity to participate. The data gathered in the study will be used to coach and educate lenders on how to provide optimal support during the lending process.
Bancography will build and host your own personalized portal. You may manage your reporting parameters from branch or officer up to the institution overall, and you may filter your data by quarter/year or trended. Your portal will also include detailed trends, unique identifiers positively or negatively affecting the key indicators, and strategic suggestions from all MBCE participating clients.
