Steven Reider taught a course in "Delivery Channel Management" at the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking, June 11-18 in Washington, D.C.

Kimberly Clay presented "Going Undercover With Your Customers" at the 19th Annual Financial Supermarkets In-Store Banking Conference May 18 - 20.

Kimberly Clay contributed to the "Riding Herd on Attrition" article in the May issue of the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing Magazine. The article mentions Bancography's Syndicated Study on Attrition Benchmarks.

For the past two years, Kimberly Clay served on the Advisory Board for the American Bankers Association's Marketing Conference. Her responsibilities included planning the conference agenda, scheduling speakers and coordinating events during the conference.

Steven Reider presented at the annual meeting of the Mid-States Banking Consortium, held from March 23-25 in San Francisco. Representatives from thirteen bank associations attended this event.
